Simon has founded a number of successful technology startups, which he has grown organically. Amongst them is Byte Squared, a company, which created a Microsoft Office clone iOS app that attracted over 11 million users and was subsequently acquired by Citrix.
More recently he founded Workteam, a company whose offerings help companies build high performing teams. He has strong leadership and coaching qualities, with 20+ years experience in managing and helping people grow, communicating a vision and getting results.
