Dr. Arndt Schwaiger

Dr. Arndt Schwaiger is an entrepreneur, business angel, advisor, speaker, and author. He earned his PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in 2006, focusing on Multi-Agent Systems (now often referred to as Agentic AI). He has co-founded several technology businesses and has advised 600+ startups, scale-ups, SMBs, and corporates on digital business models, product and technology strategy (incl. AI), metrics-based financial planning, investor readiness, growth, scaling, and M&A preparation.

Arndt is the creator of the Business Model DNA (BMDNA) framework, which forms the foundation of his workshops, masterclasses, and hands-on advisory work. He is known for bridging the “magic triangle” of technology (AI), product, and business model/strategy—helping teams translate complex ideas into actionable mechanisms and the few key metrics that drive execution. Alongside running his own ventures as a co-founder and delivering coaching and workshops, he supports organizations in board/advisory and angel roles and regularly contributes as a speaker and jury member in the startup ecosystem.
