Hass has many years of senior management experience in fast-paced international companies such as Klarna (Head of Development), Uniplaces (CTO & Head of Product) and Drover (CTO & Head of Product). He was also CEO/cofounder of Graylog, a successful open-source start-up.
Hass is entrepreneurial and change-oriented, and works best in fast-moving and dynamic environments. He was lucky to gain valuable experience in some of Europe’s most successful organisations and has learnt how to recreate these conditions elsewhere. He is especially interested in Organisational Excellence – how to build and grow successful and highly productive organisations that can attract and retain the best people.
