J.P. is the CEO & Executive Director of ICE Malta.
He strives to create safe spaces where people can bring their authentic self to work every day. He is a firm believer in lifelong learning, and in guiding people to become the best version of themselves.
He has two decades of management experience, serving as a non-executive director for companies in the technology, ride-hailing, retail and renewable energy industries. Most recently, he was the CEO of the Intercomp group of companies and the Chairperson of a tech start-up focused on CRM/ERP. Previously, he worked with the Alf Mizzi & Sons group of companies, gaining experience as a DBA, BI Specialist, Sales & Brand Manager and Head of Digital Advertising.
His academic qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a B.Sc. in Business & Computing.
