Manuele has 18 years of investment experience, the majority of which has been focused on quantitative portfolio management on proprietary desks for specialist investment houses in Europe. Manuele also has also run a specialist consulting business focusing on developing trading strategies, trading tools and has advised a number of high-profile CTA’s and Financial Service companies in the last decade.
Manuele has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Bioengineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and was selected to continue his studies at the Computer Science Institute in Berkeley California. Manuele spent over 8 years studying and conducting academic and commercial research using applied machine learning in the fields of medicine and biomedicine before becoming interested in financial data.
Manuele is responsible for the development of the IP and in conducting and directing the development of research. His greatest interests are in the efficacy of empirically led research and in development and application of this work to trading systems and technology.
