Marlon brings vast international experience from both Consultancy and Product Development across multiple sectors. A techie at heart, and previously a Microsoft MVP and active member in the online technology community; Marlon founded Thynk Software in 2014 and today still leads the company applying the latest technologies to bring digital transformation, wow factor and unique value proposition to customers.
Marlon’s passion for Fintech, disruptive technology and UX is reflected in the portfolio of solutions that Thynk Software now offers to their international client base.
Before founding Thynk Software, Marlon was based in London working on cutting edge FinTech solutions for the world biggest banks and investment institutions. Motivated to deliver more value to clients and improve users’ every day lives, Marlon founded Thynk to apply his learnings into product development. His entrepreneurial spirit also resulted in the set-up of several start-ups in Malta within the Fintech and Gaming industries. Marlon sits as a non-executive director in these companies.
